Detailed Description
This tool allows you to assemble docks together with the EZ Dock couplers without getting in the water.
The "foot" on the bottom of the tool allows you to insert the bottom coupler and bolt which can be moved between two dock sections while standing on the top of the docks in the water. You simply pull the coupler up, put the top coupler on and tighten the nut.
